Informative note on privacy
Before you can submit your personal data, you must read and accept this informative note on the processing of personal data. Under Italian Legislative Decree no.196/2003 (regarding privacy and the protection of personal data), CIC Edizioni Internazionali, headquartered at: Corso Trieste, 42, 00198 Rome, Italy, as the holder of the personal data gathered, wishes to inform you that personal data, obtained directly and exclusively from interested parties through completion of the relevant form, are processed in compliance with current security legislation.

1. The purpose of data treatment.
The data furnished are used for purposes closely linked to and instrumental in the fulfilling of the agreement entered into, and in accordance with the requirements of current laws, rulings and Community law, and of provisions laid down by competent authorities and monitoring and control bodies. The personal data are supplied freely and electively. Failure to supply the data essential for the fulfilment of the agreement, and for the purposes strictly related to its implementation, will make it impossible for the data holder to fulfil the agreement. 2. Modality of treatment.

4. Rights of interested parties.
Interested parties may exercise their rights under Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, and may thus request to be informed of the existence, or otherwise, of data concerning them, and that such data be communicated in a comprehensible form. The interested party also has the right to know the origin of the personal data, the methods used for processing them, and the purposes for which they are processed, as well as to request their integration, updating or cancellation. In the event of legal violations, the interested party may request cancellation of the data, their transformation into anonymous form, or that their processing be blocked. Furthermore, interested parties can block the processing of their personal data for the sending of advertising or direct sales material, for market research or for other commercial purposes and, for legitimate reasons, the processing of his or her personal data even when this is for the proper, stipulated purposes.
